UPDATED:
New Fully Glassy Taskbar and Windows.

Extra:
Included the old version.

Move the taskbar to TOP.
Resize it after that it will become double size.
Put Quick Launch toolbar up and put Taskbar toolbar down. Like on the preview.
The taskbar is made double size to perform like Windows 7 Superbar.
Use Tclock lite to have Windows 7 Clock and Date.

Forgot to mention use this explorer file to suite the Shut down menu button. [link]

The first one was more mac like. The second one was more original, but looks like a mess of white and transparency. Fix it.
